1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom:

• England
• Scotland
• Wales
• Northern Ireland

2. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days
• Orders placed after 2pm GMT will be processed the next business day
• Weekend orders are processed on Monday

3. Delivery Timeframes

4. Shipping Costs

• Calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination
• Free standard shipping on orders over £50

5. Tracking Your Order

You will receive:

1. Order confirmation email with summary
2. Shipping confirmation with tracking number when dispatched

6. Delivery Issues

If you experience any problems:

• Contact the carrier first using your tracking number
• If unresolved, contact us within 14 days of expected delivery

7. Undeliverable Packages

Packages may be returned to us if:

• Address is incorrect or incomplete
• Three delivery attempts were unsuccessful
• Customs fees aren't paid (international)

8. International Shipping

Currently we only ship within the UK. We may expand to other countries in the future.
