Return Window: 30 days from delivery date
Refund Processing: 5-10 business days after we receive your return
1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a refund, items must be:
- In original condition (unused, unwashed, with tags)
- In original packaging with all accessories
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Personal care items (e.g., bath brushes, loofahs)
- Opened food storage containers
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Clearance or final sale items
3. How to Return an Item

- Get Approval: We'll send return instructions within 2 business days
- Pack Securely: Use original packaging if possible
- Ship Back: Send to our returns center (address provided upon approval)
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Faulty/Damaged Items: Free return shipping (we provide prepaid label)
- Change of Mind: Customer pays return shipping
- UK Returns: Recommend using tracked service
